Miss Delaney and Miss Diamond have been absolutely Amazing at taking care of us and making sure that our needs are met. Room Was perfect and had a full full kitchen and every amenity that we ever needed they also have butts and pans. Best hotel I’ve ever been!!!

Excellent service, Very clean rooms stayed for months while working at KSC. Staff is amazing!!! Mrs. Camille helped wrap christmas presents to help my Daughter have a nice christmas and Mr. William is a help every time I've needed. Front desk staff is also awesome and very friendly, Delaney is super nice and very helpful! Diamond is very helpful as well! Couldn't ask for a better team to stay with for the last few months.

I stayed at this spot for a month while looking for a permanent address. I love the rooms and the space. The staff all are amazing, William, Delaney and Hadia were absolutely stellar and were incredibly friendly and never failed to make my day, above and beyond every day. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The customer service at the hotel is phenomenal. Thank you so much to William, the manager, and Hydiah, Delaney, Tina, and Diamond, the front desk personnel for assisting me and my mom throughout our stay. I truly appreciated their attentiveness and patience, especially when responding to my many questions. The location of the hotel is ideal for those needing quick access to highways. There are also two (2) restaurants within short walking distance, with stores like Walmart and Aldi's a short driving distance. The room was larger than initially expected, and very clean. Overall, we had a wonderful experience. Thank you to Extended Stay American and it's staff.

We loved how clean the place was. A great place for a no frills basic hotel room for a great price. Breakfast left a little to be desired, oatmeal, muffin, coffee. Delaney was great!

They were very accommodating for our whole crew of twelve drivers. We took up a lot of their parking spots and seemed glad they could help for what equipment they could fit. The remaining trucks and trailers we not far. From the regional manager Miguel, local manager Kamille, to Sheyene and William working check-ins and anything else that came up we Thank You All !!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Extended Stay Hotel in Titusville. The rooms are large, comfortable, and well suited for longer stays, with a full kitchen that makes everything easier, especially when traveling with kids. Prices are affordable for the space and amenities offered. What truly made the difference was the staff service. Everyone was amazing, friendly, patient, and very kind to our family, especially with the kids. That level of care really stands out and makes you feel welcome.

We came to town with some very specific requests. We had a total of 16 drivers with trucks and trailers that needed to be accommodated. We wound up splitting the group 5 in Melbourne and 11 in Titusville. Miguel Perez was fantastic helping me coordinate this. Camille, William and Sheyenne were very accommodating at the Titusville location and Cassie and Lourdes helped us out in Melbourne. We would definitely recommend this hotel chain. It was a very pleasant experience and everyone went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us.
